John Sankovich

John Sankovich is a recognized leader in cloud, data, and digital modernization with more than 25 years of experience in founding, growing, and leading technology business in commercial, government markets, private equity, publicly traded, and startup enterprises. Over the last 15 years, John has founded and led multiple new digital platform businesses that were later acquired, numerous successful private equity led M&A transactions and integrations, and corporate recognition in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Cloud and Digital Transformation Series.

Most recently John served as the President Cloud for a global ISV/MSP/SI/Reseller private equity backed platform with a focus on software automation solutions and subscription services enabled by the cloud hyperscale AWS, Microsoft, and Google platforms and marketplaces.  

John’s background includes extensive executive leadership roles managing full P&L with track record of success in building and growing technology businesses with responsibility for all areas of strategy, sales, product development, managed services, partner management, marketing, finance, business restructuring, and people.  

He currently serves on the Board of Directors and Chair of the Membership committee for the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) was named the Cloud Industry Executive of the Year and a Top Cloud Executives to Watch.

John received his Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
